Your quilting team goes to work building your product as soon as your design is complete and you place the order! For that reason alone, we cannot modify an order once placed, nor can we accept returns on any customized product.

Quiltcreator.com stands behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that you’re unhappy with due to a manufacturing defect, please contact our returns department at returns@quiltcreator.com, and we’ll issue you a return form. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll send you a merchandise credit in the amount of your purchase price.

Quiltcreator reserves the right to inspect any return. Returns are not accepted on used product, or product damaged by consumer negligence. Please inspect your quilt immediately upon receipt.
