What sizes are your products?

Our Quilts are available in the following sizes:
King - 104" x 90"
Queen/Full - 90" x 90"
Twin - 70" x 90"

Our Bedspreads are available in the following sizes:
King - 120" x 118"
Queen - 102" x 118"
Full - 96" x 110"
Twin - 80" x 110"

Our Infant quilts measure 36" x 45"

Do you provide Fabric Samples?

Fabric Samples are available upon request, 10 fabrics can be purchased for $20. To purchase Fabric Samples please call our Customer Service Mon. - Fri. 9 A.M. - 5 P.M. CT at 1-847-918-9930 x224

Are all your quilts comprised of 100% cotton?

Yes! QuiltCreator.com has been awarded the distinction of being an approved natural cotton supplier by the folks at Cotton, Incorporated. The shell, fill, and fabrics are all 100% cotton. We do use rayon thread for embroidery embellishments where applicable.

Who makes the quilt I design and how long will it take for me to receive my personally customized quilt?

Your design is brought to life by a team of our highly trained and skilled quilters. Because we handcraft each piece you design, please allow 6-8 weeks for your order to arrive.

Can I sign my quilt?

Yes! The quilt you build is a one-of-a-kind piece of art. We attach a hand-sewn "signature label" on the back of every quilt or bedspread to provide you with a place to sign it.

Can I change the Ground Color of my order from Ecru to White?

Absolutely. When you place your order, you can specify your Ground Color in the Comments section or feel free to email us at customerservice@quiltcreator.com with your name and order number and we’ll make sure to change your ground color.

Can I return my quilt if I don't like it?

We stand behind our quality and craftsmanship and will accept returns in the unlikely event there is a quality defect. However, we don't cut the fabric until you place your order. Due to the customized nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on nondefective products. Return requests on defective products should be addressed to returns@quiltcreator.com.

Will I receive e-mail notifications about my order status?

Yes! To make things even easier for you, we will send an e-mail with an order confirmation number. Once your quilt is on the way, we'll also follow up with a confirmation e-mail prior to delivery so you know your quilt is on its way!

What payment methods are accepted and when will my credit card be charged?

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Your card will be authorized and charged at the time the order is placed.

What currency do you accept?

Only purchases in US dollars are accepted.

Will the fabric I select look exactly like what I see on my computer screen?

While we take great effort to represent fabric colors as accurate as possible, actual colors may slightly vary from the colors you see on the screen due to the difference of monitor settings and color.
